The Indo-Caribbean Chamber of Commerce & Development (ICCCD) is a bilateral chamber of commerce registered in India, focused exclusively on trade, investment, and economic partnership between India and the 15 member states of CARICOM.

The Trade Playbook is ICCCD's flagship market intelligence publication — a comprehensive guide to all 15 CARICOM markets, organised by trade volume tier, with export opportunities, sourcing recommendations, and India action plans for each country.
Members can submit structured matchmaking requests through the Member Portal. The Secretariat reviews each request and facilitates introductions to relevant counterparts in the opposite corridor — whether buyers, suppliers, distributors, or investors.
Yes. ICCCD organises structured bilateral trade missions — both outbound (India to Caribbean) and inbound (Caribbean to India). Each mission includes government meetings, sector roundtables, and pre-arranged business introductions.
